Cory Knauf

Cory Knauf moved to Los Angeles from Vista, California after pursuing a degree in creative writing. Since then, he has had the lead in the Sundance official selection, "The Violent Kind," which marked his second collaboration with the Butcher Brothers after "The Hamilton's" met worldwide success. "Godspeed," a film he co-wrote and starred in, won the Artistic Vision Award at the final Cinevegas International Film Festival and went on to have a strong theatrical release in art houses across America. "Marin Blue" had its world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival and later played at the Levante International Film Festival where he was awarded the award for Best Actor. As of late, Cory has transitioned to working behind the camera; he has written several screenplays and recently produced the feature film, "Raised By Wolves," which is slated to be released in the fall of 2013.
